is there a freeware program that will let me upload photo and video from my digital photo camera?

i have a kodak easyshare camera that takes pictures and video. the program it came with is kodak easyshare something. the problem is that is takes f o r e v e r to load. i need something faster. but i've tried other freeware programs and all they upload or recognize is photo files. i need something that is free and can do both. any ideas? i tried the camera and ... wizard thing. it didn't even recognize my camera. i tried the camera and ... wizard thing. it didn't even recognize my camera. thanks though.

1. windows XP has "Scanner and Camera Wizard" built into it (goto : "programs", "accesories","scanner and camera wizard" Its a nice simple program and works great if you want fast and easy

3. The fastest and easiest way I have found is to just remove the memory card from the camera itself and plug it into a USB card reader and let Windows open it up in a new folder. You can then decide what you want to do from there. Alternatively, download this freeware Picasa2. Its a digital photo management software.
