Is there any freeware that changes your geographical location?

I heard by word of mouth when I was in China that there's this freeware that changes your ip so you can view websites blocked by China's rather thick firewall. Where can I get this software?

2. You can always use a proxy. I'd start with the Tor network / onion routing. Google it, if you can... :-)

4. One thing I would like to tell you. The location is decided by IP that is provided to you by your Internet Service Provider. As its provided by them only each and every time you get connected to Internet, you can't hide it from them. So your location can't be changed. Now about Chinese people, they are not changing their locations but they are fooling the service providers by opening one site through another so provider doesn't know what you are actually viewing. Thats done by using Proxies. Just query Google or yahoo for PROXY SERVERS and you will get loads of them. I hope I answered your query successfully...
