What websites are best for unlimited downloads with lifetime access?

I can't seem to find a program with unlimited downloads with lifetime acces... could you please give me a few that are LEGAL, and compatible with Ipods. And for those of you that are about to say Limewire, no, only if you leave it on your computer is it legal. Thanks.
