How do I get rid of music downloads on my daughters phone?

My daughter has signed up for music downloads to her phone and I don't know how or where to start looking so that I can cancel them! Plz help?? How can I find out who the music provider is??

1. you may need to call your server, but usually it takes a text to the music provider to stop. then place a block on that w/your cell server so it cant happen again
2. If you daughter is in a subscription, if you call your cell provider they can tell you what the code is to cancel the subscription, otherwise find out where in your bill your deatils for direct bill type downloads are billed and there is a 5 digit code that you have to send the word cancel or stop to. Then you call your provider and ask them to put purchase and content filters on your account. And PLEASE Password protect your account and don't let your daughter know it or she can make changes, most times. This is what I recommend at work and people are pretty happy about it.
