Downloads and Uploads

How do I monitor uploads from my computer?

Hi, A computer in my company is maxing out our bandwidth when it is plugged into our network (with uploads). We think it's either 1) a virus/spyware/etc or 2) an antivirus program stuck in some type of loop. Is there any way to see what file(s) are causing all the uploading?

1. You can purchase a DU Meter, from http://www.rosecitysoftware.com And it will show in colors, red is when you are downloading, solid green, is uploading. Plus it will show all KB per second on downloads and uploads. Minddoctor, France
