Downloads and Uploads

How can I make my uploads go as fast as my downloads with uTorrent?

When downloading torrents with uTorrent, I am usually getting speeds close to 200 kB/s; however, when it is time to seed, I am only getting upload speeds of barely 1 kB/s.

1. I usually have that same problem but what I do is Change my Open port to a different one. Probably port 125 or 80.
2. Well uTorrent has settings for upload speed but the problem is more likely that there are just way too many seeds. If you are on a ratio site, get used to it.... everyone wants to seed to keep their ratio good so you will have a hard time finding torrents that allow you to seed at full speed.
