Camera that uploads video with sound onto ur computer?

I wanted to find a very cheap, yet reliable camera that allows you to upload Sound and video onto ur computer. Any help? Ideas? Ps, i'm looking for good sound quality, not horrible, and this camera has to be under 150$. Thank you for your time.

1. Most digital still cameras (DSL) now allow you to capture av clips. Audio is fine, but resolution varies from camera to camera. So, check DSLs for under $150 and see if they have a video capture option.
