Downloads and Uploads

How do I speed up my filezilla uploads?

I am uploading zipped movie files to my 1and1 hosting ftp account to put for download and it was left on overnight and is still on the same file. Its a 680mb file so it shouldnt take too long but it is? Anyone know about filezilla? Thanks!!

1. It could be your connection or you need to clean up your computer. You could have to many files stored in your cache.
