How can you make uploads faster?

Hey there i am uploading some files to filefront.the upload speeds are good but because my files are up to 300 mb it takes around 4 hours.also when you upload more then two files at a time,it starts to drastically slows down your upload speed.Is there a way you can do a lot of multiple uploads without it slowing down?the most you can upload at the same time without a big difference is two.Or is there away to speed up uploads?my computer and intwernet connection is very good though dont ask what kbs ps is cos i wont have a clue.tia any help would be much appreciated

1. The upload and download speed is controlled by your ISP and you subscribe and pay for a certain service level. If you want faster upload you will have to contact your ISP and see what faster service he offers and its fees.
2. Upgrade your internet connection speed to next higher bandwidth available.
3. sounds like you are going through a phone line, get some type of broadband. it's very fast.
