Can anyone help me find a website that allows video uploads greater than 100mb and avi?

1. In short, no. Compress your video. Use a different format. After all, YouTube will compress and convert your video, anyway. Your video on YouTube will NOT be 720x480 AVI. It'll be more like 320x240 Flash Video. Uploading 100 MB of anything is impractical anyway, and it takes a LONG time. I don't recommend it; it could take hours. Read YouTube's help pages for format suggestions.
