Downloads and Uploads

How do I change the settings so that as moderator I dont have to approve every photo that anyone uploads?

Also,how can I remove the word pending underneath messages and photos on my menu on the left hand side. Other groups I am on do not have this!

1. Go to management > web tools > edit > files/photos >> choose "members" As fo the "pending" in your messages & photos on your menu - if you're the moderator, then it should be a default option that only mods and group owner can see. (I'm not sure since I manage my group on web only, not receiving emails).
