Downloads and Uploads

I have a trucking company I pick uploads for another company they have not paid me for the loads.?

I have met with them they gave me bad checks. What are my options to get my money from them?

2. You could sue them or take them back and explain they were bad and give them another chance to make it write...instead of them paying you with a check say i can only except cash...and then if they say umm no then take them to court.
3. tell em the checks were bad and ask for new ones or cash, if they dont then sue them or is it a bit dodgy? who are they?
4. pick up some of their loads and sell them
