Which freeware backgammon game should I download, if I want to improove my game the most strategy wise?

I am planning to download one of the numerous freeware/shareware backgammon games available on the internet. I would like one with either some sort of training or tutorial function in order to improve my strategy skills the most. What can you recommend?
